Hey there!!

Slope-intercept form:

y=mx+b

In this form, 'm' is the slope and 'b' is the y-intercept.

Let's take two points.

(0,4) and (1,7)

With these points, we know the y-intercept is 4.

Now, we will have to find the slope.

Slope = y-y/x-x

Slope = 7-4/1-0

Slope = 3/1

Slope = 3

Hence, the slope intercept equation would be:

y = 3x + 4

Hope my answer helps!!
