There should be an attach link section on the page. I'm not sure where, because I've never asked a question, but there should be a section somewhere on the page when uploading the question that shows an attach link symbol. Hope this helped!
If you’re on your phone then on the left corner a little symbol that looks like a paper clip shows up, once you click it you’ll be able to attach a photo.
