So remember that the midpoint formula is [tex] (\frac{x_1+x_2}{2},\frac{y_1+y_2}{2}) [/tex]


In this case, our equation will be [tex] (\frac{-3+(-13)}{2},\frac{-3+(-13)}{2} ) [/tex]


Firstly, add everything on the numerators: [tex] (\frac{-16}{2},\frac{-16}{2} ) [/tex]


Next, divide and your answer is going to be (-8,-8), or D.
