How many solutions does the equation 3x + 6 equals -1 - 3 + 4x have?

3x + 6 = -1 - 3 + 4x
Combine like terms on the right side.

3x + 6 = -4 + 4x
Add 4 to both sides.

3x + 10 = 4x
Subtract 3x from both sides.

10 = x
