Speed is the distance traveled over a period of time. If you put that into a formula it will look like this:

[tex]s= \frac{d}{t} [/tex]

Where:
s = speed
d = distance
t = time

Now your given would be:
m = 107m
t = 28s

All you need to do is input the given into the formula and you will be able to calculate the answer:
