The values for a, b and c in the quadratic equation are as follows:
a = 3
b = -2 
c = 5

You can find these by taking the coefficients of terms as long as they are written in decreasing order or powers. 

So since x^2 comes first, we use its coefficient for a, which is 3. x comes second, so we use its coefficient for b, which is -2. Then the number tacked on at the end is c, which is 5.
