The answer is B. If you put in the two sentences you can see which one sounds more like something someone would actually say...

A: After running such a long race, I'm lucky to have no energy at all.

B: After running such a long race, I'm lucky to have any energy at all.

Answer is b, saying you have no energy at all doesn’t sound right. But “I’m lucky to have any energy at all” sounds right because it just seems to make more sense.
