 We have then that the perimeter is:
 P = ((35) * (280/180) * pi) + 45
 P = 216.04 yards.
 Then,

 d = 3 * P
 d = 3 * 216.04

The person above me is correct. But some programs (edmentum plato) require the answer to be to the nearest integer. So the answer is 648.
