There is only one three dimensional shape that would be made with these lateral faces and a triangular base.  It would be a triangular pyramid.  The name of the pyramid is determined by the shape of the base (triangle), and the 3 sides on the triangular base would create 3 lateral faces on the pyramid when they meet at a single point.
