This question is asking for the volume of the cone.
The formula is 1/3π r²h where r is radius and h is height.
First we must find the radius by dividing the diameter in half, giving us 3.5
Now we plug our values into the formula like this:

1/3 π r²h
1/3 π3.5² 13

This gives us the answer of 166.76mL or 166.8mL depending on how you want to round it.

Hope this helps :)
